CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If you decide to cancel your order after it has been placed we have the right to charge you a restocking fee if processing has begun. The restocking fee is charged at a rate of 20%AUD per item cancelled. Costs of shipping to you are not refunded.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from PowerSlideRacing are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you wish for shipping insurance for your goods you must notify PowerSlideRacing when placing an order.

PowerSlideRacing and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, PowerSlideRacing does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
